I work In Sheboygan falls and drive by this almost everyday. This is in a great location and the Sheboygan area is a great place to invest because of all the big companies close by. Good luck with this and I can’t wait to see how this turns out.

Welcome to the BP community. I am also starting to learn the real estate game. I am mostly working on educating myself in building a rental portfolio. The forums, blogs, and podcasts have all been beneficial. If you haven't checked out the podcast, I would suggest you do. It's very informative and it's good for both beginners and experts. Right now I am located in Wisconsin, but I will be moving to the Lakeland area within the next year. Good luck continuing your education, and I hope you achieve your goals.
