Hi,

My name is Evan. I am a physician and am in the process of educating myself regarding creating a rental portfolio. My goal is to build a portfolio which provides a cash flow equal to or greater than my current income as a physician; Preferably within an hour driving distance from Tampa.

I hope this journey will provide me with the opportunity to connect with other interesting individuals.

Welcome to the BP community. I am also starting to learn the real estate game. I am mostly working on educating myself in building a rental portfolio. The forums, blogs, and podcasts have all been beneficial. If you haven't checked out the podcast, I would suggest you do. It's very informative and it's good for both beginners and experts. Right now I am located in Wisconsin, but I will be moving to the Lakeland area within the next year. Good luck continuing your education, and I hope you achieve your goals.
