Purchase price: $13,000,000
Cash invested: $2,600,000

71 Unit Market Rate apartments in Sheboygan Falls, WI.

How did you finance this deal?

This deal was financed with a local lender and Equity from investors. Additionally, we received TIF from the community to which we are building in.

How did you add value to the deal?

Value is created by building within budget and executing the rent proforma and lease up.

What was the outcome?

Completion is March, 2021.
