Hey everyone, my name is Brandon Salm, I'm 19, and I live in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin. It's about an hour north of Milwaukee. I may not be here long though because I'm hoping to move to the Lakeland, Florida area within the next year and a half. Currently, I'm just educating myself and saving up to buy my first buy and hold investment property. Thank you in advance for all the help that you give me! I can't wait to learn from all of you.

@Corina Eufinger

I plan on moving to Lakeland with my girlfriend who is going to school down there. I would be open to doing long-distance investing because I know this market very well and there is very little turnover.
