New member living in Miami looking to network all over FL

Hello BP fam!

I am excited to meet, learn and grow with you all. As far as my day job as a mortgage lender, I have access to many different avenues of financing. No doc, Full doc, bank statement, asset dissipation, personal loans, business loans, anything...

I would love to help anyone and everyone needing financing in Florida, but the main reason I joined BP is to do flips and/or acquire rental properties. I know a ton of sub-contractors all over Florida and a few realtors, I just need to learn to spot the deals and successfully buy. 

Any suggestions on how to get started would be greatly appreciated! For now I will read books, blogs and comment in forums to gain knowledge.

Welcome to the BP fam. I am new into real estate and am also interested in rental properties and maybe even a flip if the numbers are right. I am not in Florida yet, but within the next year, I'll be moving to Lakeland, Fl. Good luck with your investing.
