Quote from @Alexander Szikla:

A four unit with large bedrooms and a livable basement as an owner's unit / super's unit is your best use of capital with FHA - and the Bronx has a lot of growth and quality retail entering en masse.

Is there such a thing as super units in New York? I never even heard of a super unit.

So next year 2024 mom is looking to get a house before she retired and go back to Jamaica where she will live I'm not going back so the question is which location would be best to buy a house that has the best opportunity for me for example I would be looking at a rental unit instead where I live in one unit and the rest of the units are rented out like a four multifamily house what would be the best location Yonkers New York New Rochelle or the Bronx but primarily has to be somewhere in the Westchester area any other suggesting of which type of house would be better duplex single family house?

@Chris Martin I thought about the real estate broker approach but after looking into it and how much money you got to spend to get that license and on top of that you got to find a place that even accept you and you got to work twice as hard just to get your first client I'll pass I'm more of a Hands-On approach person not paperwork paperwork paperwork person that's why I was looking at the investment route as the investor. As you seen on HGTV some of those guys are more of a Hands-On approach despite they have their own crew and everything.

@Jacob Malik I just picked the property just to run numbers on it so I can understand how deal analyzation works

@Mike D'Arrigo how do you find actual numbers to a deal but yet you don't know how to find the actual number so that's why I end up using a random numbers is ways to learn it and then maybe find the actual numbers if that makes any sense. Considering Brandon Turner always says run numbers on haunted of houses to understand it.

@Mike D'Arrigo but what if you're totally new and don't understand analyzation when it comes to deals?

@Ray Danishyar but in your personal opinion is this a bad deal or good deal since I'm just running random numbers to understand how deal analyzation works just want to get input on it since Brandon Turner always says run numbers on hundreds and thousands of houses
