@Twana Rasoul so ask for more money than you need to have a reserve from the new home buyers assistant program can that money be used to buy the house and do a little renovation at the same time ?

Is it a bad idea to be in an analysis paralysis instead of taking action to get that deal on your first property and just learn as you go.

@Tommy Adeoye any suggestion on where to find such partner that's good with numbers and the market I'm looking at is New York. I may consider going into investing in 3 months to the end of the year just still do my research because I'm trying to figure out is this something I can do considering no jobs since 2013 of graduating high school and strategy that you would recommend for a beginner because I'm looking at house hacking and the BRRRR strategy and think for some of the info.

@Tommy Adeoye the reason why I thought it would be hard because an investment account would be different in some sort of ways compared to a traditional banking that's what I thought, considering I just have one account which is the checking account.

Math is my least favorite subject.

I was thinking of opening a separate account with a different branch so I don't get them mixed up that's why I have to ask that question.

@Tommy Adeoye that sounds like three separate accounts the investment account the income account and the expense account. That's interesting how do you manage such an account especially the expense account considering money is coming out of the account.

Should I create a second bank account for my rental money to go into or should I just use my current bank account for all the money that's coming in ?

@John Farady okay thanks I'll look into it and I'm thinking of getting into real estate investing in the next 3 months and the market I'm investing is in New York more precisely Yonkers, White Plains, New Rochelle and the Bronx because I've been looking for jobs since 2013 after graduating high school and I need money I'm already like where in 2020 I need something. I hope this investing Venture doesn't become too difficult. Oh yeah any strategies suggestion of getting 30 property for the first 3 years I'm thinking of house hacking and the BRRR strategy.
