@Adam Cherko so this sounds like a no-go deal considering the owner not willing to make it legal, by giving it to the next person to deal with that which is going to cost more to make it legal. So this seems like a Buy renovate and sell type of deal.

@Adam Cherko well I have no way of buying this property so I don't think I want to waste your time making you look through the MLS. I'm just still learning how this stuff works and figuring out how to make money.

@Jaysen Medhurst maybe I could have look up state New York the location I'm looking at our White Plains Yonkers New Rochelle and the Bronx I was hoping a partner would help but I guess that not realistic and I did not expect it to be this hard I'm kind of losing a little bit of Interest but I need money at some point before my mother retires in a few years. I would not know how to do long-distance deal right away so I figured I'd just look where I live and that is close that I could drive to these places.

@Jaron Walling I can say this majority of families are nurse the environment not so much of a problem, I'm not a reader or math person that's another thing I'm more visually and and hearing, and I did go to a program that could help people find jobs but they suggested I do clerical which is office work I don't prefer office work and that job is not going to be around long time before automation takes over, and my two problems I have eye problems and and I wear hearing aid, I try to become a mechanic I even tried to become an Uber driver and all that time I had three interviews and they all turned me down as got home from each one of them. I done properly what over a 100 to 150 application nobody responded back. I thought real estate would be a passive income to make money from but I don't know anymore. Oh sorry for the long message.

@Jaron Walling well I've been doing job hunting since 2013 graduating high school with this problem we're having now I doubt company are going to hire somebody with just a high-school diploma. Finding a company to hire people with just high school diploma is pretty much shrinking.

@Jaysen Medhurst well the landlord told me he saw the place himself he didn't see nothing in he did told me the guy was renovating the place which the picture doesn't show, so I was thinking $15,000 to $20,000 since he may be getting the place fixed up what doesn't make sense is why does one of the listing said tenant already there. Well I guess finding good deal is not easy in New York or more precisely in one of the five boroughs.

@Jaysen Medhurst wow analyzing a deal would be this difficult but okay and this place barely look like it has any lawn and I went on Zillow and it showed me the annual tax of $5,443 I'm trying to understand the stuff as a first timer cuz I want to create a passive income considering I have no job.

How long did it take most people to understand the numbers when analyzing deals, when they first started out investing in rental properties, from high to low Market meaning from expensive Market to cheap Market ?
