I think the only difference on price is the CompU Cram is included in the more expensive one, which was very helpful. I did the full package. @Kevin Mahoney

I had just finished up everything and gotten licensed a few weeks ago. I went through Hondros College real estate program completely online. I thought it was fitting to the exam and would recommend taking advantage of the review programs they have. @Kevin Mahoney

Has anyone in Central Ohio worked with realtors in the Cleveland area? I do not have a lot of connections in that market and am looking to be connected with local real estate agents, any referral or suggestion helps!

Do you suggest paying more attention to any specific forums other than my local ones?  Like you said, I am trying to learn as much as possible and am wondering if there are some with a lot of information that I may be overlooking.  @Russell Holmes

Hello BP Community,

I recently became a licensed real estate agent this week and will be working out of central Ohio. As someone who is still pretty new to real estate and looking to get my career up and running as fast as possible, I wanted to know what are some strategies or ways that helped all of your careers for building a client base, maintaining relationships etc..

I understand that mistakes are going to happen and at this point I am looking to gain as much knowledge as possible to help mitigate those errors. What are some of the main things to keep in mind when starting out as a new agent?

Any insight helps!

I appreciate that information @Nick Gann. I also have been trying to do my homework on the lending and banking processes of emerging markets. I am in the early parts of it so haven't really stumbled on anything yet.

I'll be sure to check out his information as well. @Calvin Lin
