Yes, the Cleveland Ohio market has made a great investment to many investors due to its steady growth and cash flow. I have many investors that are buying for those reasons.

It seems that there may be some confusion among investors, as I have heard differing opinions on this matter; however, in my experience, many investors are drawn to the Midwest region due to the promising potential for high cash flow and appreciation in the real estate market. This trend is exemplified by the recent expansions of major companies such as Intel and Honda to Columbus, Ohio, which is further evidence that the Midwest is becoming an increasingly attractive target for investment.

It's sad that you've found yourself in this situation, and my recommendation would be to seek out a new property manager who possesses the necessary expertise and experience to effectively navigate the systems and processes involved, in order to alleviate this burden from you.

Hey @William Rivera awesome job on taking the leap into real estate!  I have helped many people in those three areas, but personally, I invest in Columbus myself. 

Ohio has a lot to offer! from high cash flow in Cleveland to a mix of cash and appreciation in Columbus. You can't go wrong in Ohio.

What is the area like? Is it rented and what for? Are the tenants on a lease? As for the quality of the house, you'll most likely get that from the inspection.

I have heard of programs like that, but know little about navy federal. Let me know if they have that program. I also invest in Cleveland and Columbus.
