Hey does anyone here have experience in buying multi family in Dayton?

Looking to purchase my first multi family property in 2022 and have been looking in Dayton, Cincinnati and Columbus!

Realtor/Wholesaler recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

@McBilly Sy Dayton, Ohio is a great place to buy if cash flow is your goal. There aren't many macroeconomic factors that are going to lead Dayton to appreciate, so don't expect much from that end. If you want to have a combination of cash flow and appreciation, Columbus is the play.
