Navy Fed 100% financing

I'm looking at how to finance my second investment property ASAP with no money out of pocket. I was told people are using Navy Fed to 100% finance a second home. Any tips/tricks or contacts? I'm looking in Cleveland Ohio but open to other markets at $100k or less for single family!

Thanks!

I invest in Columbus, OH (and have investors here) - I've never heard of that! Do you have any contacts I can reach out to for more information on that program?
