need a management company recomendation

Hey all

I have learned the hard way the difference in OH rental market vs, other places like Vegas.

I have a excellent management company in Las Vegas, they get the job done and they dont over charge.
Unfortunately the OH rental market has proved different, a lot of turn overs and non pays and greedy management company.

So my question is :

Do you have a good management company you can recommend in OH?
someone who doesn't charge arm and leg and get the job done at the same time.

Appreciate any replies as Iam done with my current management compnay!

@Max Newbe Ohio is the 7th largest state in the US....associating an entire state with a bad local PM is flawed thinking...sounds like you probably skimped on the due diligence when you hired your "Ohio property manger"
