@Josue Caudillo LLC is generally the common entity for liabilitu protection. Consult a professional on your specific goals. And don’t get caught up spending too much time on what entity you should create when starting out. Not saying dont think about it though! Cheers

@Matthew Baltzell my backyard market and surrounding sub markets is extremely tight and competitive, creating a barrier of entry. I need to move quicker on researching and analyzing other markets or I’m not going to find much properties that make sense for a while.

@Samuel J Claeson I’ve had same day snow/ice removal service since I’ve started, so this is actually a good question you and I should both look up since we invest in St.Paul! Could be 24 hours or within reasonable time frame?

@John Daly excited to hear how this goes. I made this mistake on one of the units of a property of mine, and the main thing is I failed to create that channel of communication from closing on new ownership/management. They didn’t know where the heck to send rent to. Now on always get contact info in due diligence and contact day of close.
