Hello everyone, I am relatively new on the RE world and I am wondering what is better, if I should start with an LLC or a Corporation for my investments and also another company that I am in the process of creating. I wonder what type of entity did everyone started with. Thanks in advance for everybody’s responses!

@Account Closed,

Generally this is what you will find here.

Rentals - LLCs

Flips - Corporations

Not related to RE:

Your company  - Depends what you are doing, if you have partners.

It is not absolutely necessary to get an entity to begin your RE journey. Good amount of insurance would do it.
