I’d definitely agree with strategically getting the debt down on them, but closing them being uneccessary.

Numbers look good if you plan on self-managing. But agree what’s the numbers look like if you add in 8% for management and bump up vacancy? These numbers look very similar to my duplex!

Yea...i agree with above posts with the requirement to legally present the offer.

Of course, unless the language from the agent is to consider re positioning your price into a more competitive position.......in his/her eyes.

@Paul Caporali remember this game is slow and steady. As time progresses you will find other opportunities to help you towards your next if you work at it. Keep building/creating equity you can use, keep networking so you can create relationships for the future(partnerships etc). Continue to see if you can create other streams of income. Get creative!

Agreed, still all depends on the sub market's within the United States as well.

My market of Minneapolis, even with injected variables, i see no signs of slowing down and transforming into a buyers market any time soon.
