Post: Mojo Dialer, Cold calling & Podio... Lead Management help

Hello,

I’m pretty new to cold calling and MOJO dialer as a whole. I have a question in regards to some best practices with lead management.

Once you get a lead on the phone and they’re officially a contact… Are you all keeping their info stored in Mojo or putting the info elsewhere?

I use podio and since they aren’t integrated together I’m kind of stumped on what to do with the lead info.

Thanks,

Ben

Any info would be highly appreciated.

Hey @Brentin Hess that's awesome!

I'm curious what your calling schedule looks like.

How often are you calling a lead?

What times of the day have worked for you?

I just purchased an auto dialer and will literally start dialing today during my lunch break and after work this evening.

Thanks,

any tips would be greatly appreciated.

Good afternoon,

I plan on incorporating skip tracing and cold calling as a strategy in my business model because I feel like there's a better way than just sending mail and waiting for someone to call me. I would prefer calling them directly. Looks like a lot of people recommend using TLO... I have just requested information from them and hope to hear from them soon tho get things going.

Currently I send out about 2,000 letters to absentee owners but plan pulling a targeted list (Age, Equity, Zip code) and cold calling them. I was curious if there was a calling schedule that people use? Like 2 calls the first day 1 call the next day, wait few days to call back etc... Any info would be great, as I am really serious about incorporating this into my business and making some real traction down here in Houston, Texas.

I have no clue, I'm actually doing the opposite of you, I've been looking further out from Houston instead of inside Houston. You definitely can find deals in your 150k price range though, maybe not in "Houston" (unless you're buying in certain areas), but in the surrounding areas for sure.

Hey Kevin, Have you had any luck investing further outside of Houston?  I've recently started looking on the outskirts and just curious what you've come up with.
