Hey all my fellow Houstonians. Does anyone have any recommendations for an Investor Friendly Realtor? Still pretty new to the process so looking for someone who has done some deals before. Thanks!

@Andrew McKinnon I work with investors. If you're trying to finance deals, it's very hard to find an SFR that will cash flow. Houston is flooded with corporate investors that are buying up SFRs for rental properties. American Homes 4 Rent comes to mind.

I recommend looking at duplexes to fourplexes. You're more likely to get a decent cash flow out of one of those properties than from an SFR.

PM me if you would like to chat.

Good luck!
