@Shanequa J.

Hey there, I recently found the place to search for delinquent taxes here in Harris County at hcad.com

I'm assuming that's what you were talking about.  I'm curious how that turned out and if you are still using that method?

You are correct, it looks very tedious but that means not a lot of people are doing it then :)

Any feedback would be great!

Post: Do I need a certain stamp for my mailing campaign?

Hello all,

I will be doing my very first Direct Mail campaign next week and I'm wondering if there is a certain kind of stamp I need to buy?  I noticed on the USPO site that there are Forever stamps, Additional ounce stamps, postcard stamps ect... I know this is probably a dump question but I just don't want to purchase the wrong kind.

Thank you very much!

@James HarrisOh okay gotcha... I'm curious, how many did you send out for your first campaign?  I'm about to start mine and trying to figure out if I should go all out or just send about 100 or so to get a feel of the area.

Any suggestions @Stephen Barton @Cody Alexander

@Stephen Barton You are the man!  The way you explained things was spot on.  Really helps out new investors like myself get a good realistic grasp of things!

Have a great day...

@James Harris Hey man, How are things going?  Have you got started yet?

Thank you so much @Steve G. and @DaNia Allen

Both the video and screen shots were perfect.  That's exactly what I was looking for.  Have a great night both of you.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I’m curious if there are by any chance any “Listsource” tutorials(Video maybe) out there that you all would recommend for a new wholesaler.I’m trying to just start off with a pretty simple list… I’m assuming from reading a million forums an “Absentee Owner” list would be a good place to start.I just need a little help with selecting criteria.

Thank you

Michael Batts I'm just seeing your response. I don't think you tagged me in your post. But, I've been educating myself for a few months now on wholesaling and feel like I need to get going ASAP. I can feel myself falling into the "Analysis Paralysis" stage. So I will definitely be making a move.

Hello @Rob Powell

Have you posted on CL lately?  if so, can you post a link in this forum so we could check out what kind of ad you are running?

Thanks a lot
