As far as I know you would add the members in the operating agreement. You may or may not have to submit the operating agreement to the state... In Arizona we just added them into the operating agreement and had everyone sign. You could also get that agreement notarized. Ask the filing office..:)

It all depends on what you are trying to accomplish, if you are a cash buyer, or have financing options that make sense... We have been forced to create better financing options to help investors capitalize on current goals. Our acquisitions have been lower, but sales are steady!

We have found that good ol' fashioned door knocking, direct mailings, and working closely with realtors and wholesalers has given the best results. It is also good to work with bird dogs in your area. We are always seeking new channels as well and look forward to additional comments in this thread...
