Get active on Social Media and do local marketing. It is free! Some great examples would be Google+, Facebook, Merchantcircle, and google places. This is a good start. Get active, engage with potential clients, and go from there!

It all depends on what you are looking to accomplish. Setting up a correct response can be difficult. Marketing budgets can run anywhere from $0 to infinity:)

Do you want to spend your time looking for deals direct from sellers? Or seek wholesalers? It all depends on your end game and strategy to get there.

Can you describe in more detail what you are looking to do? I can then help out a little more with marketing budgets...

I recently attended a seminar in Las Vegas hosted by Joel Block. It was probably one of the best I have been too. I have been to many and you leave wondering why you went!

Just do as much homework as you can and make an educated decision if it will benefit what you do. If not, don't go!
