I come from a medical background and like many other professionals I am tired of working my butt off and not getting paid.

Totally new to real estate investing but but I am learning the business through Fortune Builders. It is quite the education but since I am new I have absolutely no connections with funding, contractors, or other rehabers. I think my biggest concern is finding funding for rehabs. Any one know someone in my area that can help me get in contact with some of these people I would greatly appreciate it.

You will discover that finding money is easier than finding good contractors. In real estate investing, I have sometimes worked my butt off and lost money.
