@Sam Abe what about putting utilities in your name and doing a disconnect, if the squatters put a utility in their name it becomes even harder to evict.

@Carson Wilcox following this - I am in Benicia and I am in the same boat. The 4 plex in Davis that went for $1 million isn’t my budget.
