@Michel Lautensack keep driving.. I have found even really rich neighborhoods have distressed homes. They are not as distressed, look for stuff like single pane windows, older style of trees - there are several shrubs that were extremely popular in the 80s and are not popular now.. look for wheelchair ramps. Versus a war zone would been totally boarded up - to keep out squatters etc.

@Brian Dailey definitely call your own google number and check on it, there is a default setting that requires the person to say who they are prior to the phone ringing. That default setting has a good probability of screening calls.

@Mike Henson I am not a realtor, but once the foundation is repaired I don’t think you would be required to disclose that because you fixed it? I mean maybe if someone had saw the listing before and asked “what about the foundation issue it had?”
