Hey @Account Closed speaking as an agent myself in the Baltimore area... It's what we do, as posted before it's their choice as to or not to work with you. With that being said I know of agents who turn their nose to working with investors, usually because of a past bad experience not because of a low commision.
I understand the concepts and enjoy working with investors on lower price properties and well as higher priced ones. Maybe because I see the bigger picture and want success for all parties and I also know that if the first deal goes as planned there are usually more to come! So with that in mind I always offer to help as much as I possible can. It's my nature and I'm an investor as well.
Sooooo.... don't worry about it and ask an agent to help, its' what we do! Worst they can so is no, and if they know another agent who works a lot with investors they will usually refer you to them. That's what you really want anyway, an agent who is used to dealing with investors, we are a different breed and see things differently.
