Hi,

I am a complete newbie. My name is Lisa and I live in Bucks County, PA. I love listening to the podcasts during my endless commute and have heard some of them several times. I am trying to decide how to get started...( either with a 4-plex in Bucks County or Montgomery or with a vacation rental) while still working. I am particularly looking around for an opportunity in a good school district (Neshaminy or Lower Merion) that cash flows. So, I am just starting to learn what all the terms mean, and find this to be an awesome forum. Thanks to Josh and Brandon and everyone else!
