New from Baltimore Maryland
Hi my name is Becky Welling I just moved to Baltimore after graduating from the university of MD. Investing in real estate has always been interesting to me, but I have decided to get more serious since I just graduated college and I can see a lot of opportunities in my current location. I have no experience in real estate other than renting, but I my goal is to learn and research enough to be able to invest in a single or multifamily property in Baltimore city in the next couples of months. I would appreciate any advice from experienced investors in Baltimore or any simlar cities. I'm looking forward to spending more time on this site!
