Rick,

Thanks for being honest. I, too, am nervous about losing money. I think what battles against that fear is that a lot of these methods have been proven, and also there are some different and innovative ways. One of the things that @Jerry Puckett said on the podcast in June that I've really run with is to set a monthly budget that you can handle for 6 months and stick with it. You might not get a deal right away, but persistency is key to success in wholesaling. Best wishes to you and your business, friend!

Just wanted to introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets crew. My name is Jonathan From Chicago. Found Bigger Pockets a few months ago and discovered the wealth of information/knowledge here. Looking to get into investing in the near future. Currently reading up on the "Buy and Hold" strategy, but also interested in Wholesaling to build up some cash. Anyone Recommend any good books on Wholesaling? Hello folks!
