Just wanted to introduce myself to the Bigger Pockets crew. My name is Jonathan From Chicago. Found Bigger Pockets a few months ago and discovered the wealth of information/knowledge here. Looking to get into investing in the near future. Currently reading up on the "Buy and Hold" strategy, but also interested in Wholesaling to build up some cash.
