So guys, I'm getting a property under contract (seller verbally accepted offer), and now i'm marketing to buyers via direct mail. Which mailing service has the fastest turnaround time? Tried getting on YellowLetters.com and it appears their website is down.  Would you guys recommend Click2Mail?  Thanks in advance!

Jonathan

Nice thing about it is, is that it's unbound.

what kind of paper did you use? As in specific brand and style.

 Sorry for the delayed reply.  I used lined yellow paper from a website called printpps.com.  After taxes and shipping it comes out to about 6 cents a page

I'm going to steal this from @Michael Q's playbook, but one way to do it, is go on listsource.com and filter it down to homes with 99 to 100% equity that were purchased in the past 12 months,  absentee owners, don't filter out corps or trusts. And send them a mail piece telling them you noticed they purchased the property at Acme lane and if you can add them to your exclusive cash buyers list.

I just bought my second Epson Workforce 3540.  The thing is a beast. I bought it on Amazon for 130. Pumps out letters and envelopes well, and looks handwritten and it's pretty fast.

Jack,

A little late to the party, but welcome to BP! Great resource for REI. We have a REIA meeting about once a month that @Brie Schmidt heads up along with @George Foster. Welcome again man! I'm also a fellow North Side Chicagoan.

I agree with the previous comments. I like the way we're doing it now.  Just networking and bounce ideas, problems off one another.  Everyone is awesome.  Thanks again for starting it up @George Foster

@Brianna,  I definitely, will! Haha

@Ana! Congrats!  Yes, yes, yes! You're definitely a hustler. And definitely encouraging for me to get after it. Nice job!
