@Brianna, great article, thanks for sharing! My opinion may be bias, but I think the Portage Park area is still good for investment opportunity. The price point is still reasonable and isn't as mature as other neighborhoods such as Logan Square, Old Irving etc. What do you think Brianna?

Right now, I'm marketing to absentee owners in the city and surrounding burbs. As far south and homewood, as far west as Naperville, as far north as Lake Forest.

I am ramping up my mailing campaign and looking for a more time efficient way to generate my yellow letters. Does anyone know how to merge my property owners names and addresses from excel onto word in particular spots onto my letters? Thanks in advance guys. Much appreciated
