Try this site for a down and dirty way to find cash buyers in a given area.

Add the area code you're interest in you'll get a list of recent purchases made by cash buyers.  Select More Info for each you'll get the name and address of the buyer. Research them on Google, Facebook, etc. for a phone number and give them a call, or contact them by mail.
