Does anyone know of any county assessors that provide you with the owners phone number? I know Cincinnati gives you that info if the owner owns rental properties, but I'm looking for other counties as well.

Hello all,

A friend of mine asked if I knew any investors that would be interested in opening up 3 Turkish food locations on the Vegas Strip.

He said it will take about $200-250k in capital to start up.

When I spoke with him he sounded very serious & had the business plan all ready to go.. he just needed a partner.

Of course he doesn't have a BiggerPockets, so I just wanted to run this by the BP Family!

@Brandon Summerlin I'm curious too. There's so many owners with no wills in my area & all of their properties are distressed. Missing out on so many deals!!

Hello All!

My first goal this year is to find a commercial broker to rehang my license with.

A brokerage that is familiar with the investment side & wholesaling.

I prefer a commercial brokerage because I primarily focus on apartments, but I wouldn't mind working with a residential brokerage as long as they're familiar with the commercial side.

A small brokerage is ideal, but I'll consider the bigger brokerages as well.

Any recommendations?

It just depends on the areas, but of course if the property is in a poor location than more than likely the property will be in bad shape. Are you looking to buy?
