I am making the change to the plan documents as well as my bank. So you're saying most individuals add '401k plan' to the name of their plan?

It was a gentleman from the previous plan administrator who made the suggestion. I was dropped from my company's plan when I obtained checkbook control. 

Please let me know if your company offers plan management for already established solok plans.  

After deciding to change the name of my soloK account, I was advised to add 401K to the end.  For example, instead of 'Todays's Investment' the person suggested I name it 'Today's Investment 401K Plan'

Is this the naming convention usually used?
