Best real estate investment friendly bank in Silicon Valley CA

Hello everyone, I'm a newbie venturing into real estate investment primarily interested in rent and hold. On the verge of acquiring my first rental property and I am looking partner with real estate investment friendly local banks in CA Silicon Valley - San Jose, Fremont, Milpitas, Mountain View etc areas. Any pointers/recommendations will be highly appreciated.
