@Dathan Nunn  Great stuff!!  Don't diminish it, you're taking control of your time.  That's powerful.  Check out the book, The One Thing.  It's about positive habit formation and habit stacking.  Check the website too.

Hey @Jess Altamuro.  See how go with this:  https://programs.online.americ...

Haven't read them myself, but have heard several of the titles previously.  Best with it.

@Dathan Nunn  Sounds great and all positive.  Just a thought, get an accountability partner to keep you on track, or if you have a bit of a stumble along the way.  When are you starting?

@Jonathan Giglio.  There's never a good or perfect time to start anything.  You're here now, and that's great!!!  Welcome to The Show!!!

Everyone has an opinion. Filter out the ones that add no value, and look for people who can help you.  Even better, see how you can add value to others.  Keep going.

Hey @Ravi Ramphal.  Great to hear you're getting involved!!!  I think the key is to know your top skills, what you actually want to do in real estate, and focus your energy there.  When you're ready, you can then focus on the next area for you.

Hi @Yashank Choksi  I agree with @Jim Kittridge.  There are many options, but depends on your goals and area(s) of interest.  @Marlen Weber and @Tracy Cummins are correct about how much you learn when you get your license.  I recently got mine, and the learning continues.  Building relationships is the most important part.  Help others be successful, and you'll be successful.

Hey @Cody Plemmons.  I'll send a you PM with some info for a septic company.  Maybe they have experienced a similar scenario.  It might not be the final answer, but hopefully can get things moving forward.

Hi @Eugene Rabinovich  I'm a Realtor in Charlotte.  Happy to discuss your goals. I'll send you a PM.

Hi @Ankur Sahni.  If still needed, I'm to discuss your Charlotte Real Estate needs.   I'll send a PM.  Cheers.

Hi @Matt Fuquay

I sent you a PM with a bit of info.  Hope it's working out for you.
