Hey @Tucker Cummings.  I'm new to using a CRM, but I'm using Media Shield.  I've also heard good things about LionDesk. I use it mainly for work as a broker, but want to carry into my investing as well. My take is, invest the time upfront, to save all that time later.

Hi @Junji Yokota.  I'll send you a PM with some info about  lenders.

Hi @Courtnye Nicole.  It would be great to hear more about your real estate goals.  I'll send you a PM.

Hey @Shaun Mahoney.   I thought Episode 5 was quite insightful, Dealing with Death-A Financial Discussion with CFP Neal Frankle.  Worth a listen for sure.

Hi @Bennie Hall.  I'll send you a PM.

Hi @Kp W.  I'm new to using a CRM, but I would say yes.  I'm using Media Shield, but have heard good things about LionDesk. I use it mainly for work as a broker, but want to carry into my investing as well.  My take is, invest the time upfront, to save all that time later.

Hi @Mark Semotiuk.  I just sent you a PM.
