Rental Investments in Ballantyne Area

Ankur Sahni

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum. My name is Ankur Sahni and I am based out of Long Island, NY. I am looking to invest in SFR/Townhomes in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte. My objective is to invest in rental properties in high quality, desirable neighbourhoods with a bias for long-term holding and property appreciation.

If you have been through this journey or are familiar with the Ballantyne market, I'd love to hear your thoughts.

Best,

Ankur

@Ankur Sahni what's your investment goals in this case? I've been investing in Charlotte for several years, I want to understand why you want to invest in Ballantyne before I give my two cents.
