@Brendan VanDalinda save as much as possible. I know it can take time. I started going grocery shopping only once every two weeks and has helped reduced grocery Bill by quite a bit. I use to run to store as soon as I run out and really adds up. I have also started to ask or sit on most things before I buy and really ask if I need it. Easier said than done.

@Bryan Mitchell I been working for about 15 years.

@Lane Kawaoka did you achieve a certain number from a real estate standpoint

@Tyrone Marson I find rentometer to be on the high side and sometimes 200-300 different when compared to Zillow. I think rentometer bases rent values on advertised numbers and not actual. I think rentler is really good, but too expensive. Should still get a good idea with rentometer but I would check against Zillow and others

@Amy A. Wow, that’s really good. 32 units seem a lot though.

@Joshua D. That’s really good. Wondering where do you buy?

@Scott Mac agree, at this point lifestyle is a big deal for me too

@Steve Vaughan wow, amazing you could reduce living expenses to $300/month. Wondering if you still at that expense rate or was it just temporary?

@Justin G. I find it hard to find anything that cash flows unless people are basing on total net worth.

@Greg Dickerson wondering if you started the business before you quit or did you figure it all out after you quit. Also, wondering what did you focus on for your business if you don’t mind sharing?
