@Sean Dolan Over the years I've careted tons of content around the local marektign market. Now I'm ranked for keyword that I didnt even optmize for which is normal. You as you write content, and perfomr seo on the varis of blog post then you see growth thrpuhgut the search engine for your content.

Just this year I've taken the approash to rank for the two keywords I listed above. At this time I'm not on the page for them, so I'm gettogn any traffci for them as of now. But in due tiem when they reasch the frist page, this is when I will see atrgetd taffic.

To give you exaplmes of keuywords I can rank for..well that's unlimmited. There is nothign I can't rank for, but the issue comes down to the authoryt of that term that determian the linked of time of getting tot he first page.

@Sean Dolan At this moment I'm focusing on two markets. One which is "local marketing" which I'm going after "local SEO marketing. Right, about now I'm jumping from page 2 to 9 all day every day. This is the norm because of the Google dance. When doing SEO, Google sees what you're doing but in the meantime your site jump around like a pinball. That search term is very competitive, am talking about thousands of search per month.

Next I have a new project for this year to rank #1 for "real estate marketing" which gets thousands of search per month. So I created some good epic-wow content around that keyword on my website for real estate investors teaching them how to implement real estate marketing the smart way called "How To Guide: Real Estate Marketing That Works in Every State, City or Town" just Google it

I'm not ranked yet since I just started this project which will take anywhere from 6monts to a year to get to #1. But I'm doing a monthly report on my website for those who want to follow along to see what I'm doing to rank it.

Besides that I'm ranked for hundreds of keywords, but these are my focus for this year bro.

@Georgia H. Now there are many ways of dong this, but what I do is that I craete a epci-wow pience of content on my rei clients websiet. Then we use this to give away to all people to get them to opt-in or take some form of action.

Craeting this marekign style get people excited about what you do, and foces them to tack action. Powerfull stuff 

@Kathy Stewart sure this can be done easily and the page can be done in any way of form. Landing pages are great marketing tools if their done right. Let me know if you need help 

@Ralph Corgain  hand wrtting signs working 10X better than those. Think about going that rouet beace peopel react more to hand wrtten materail than everyday advertsing. 

@Stephen Nicholson wow..this is normail so don't feel bad for this action. Just be hoesnt wiht them, and let them know what you think of the propety. Even better you can send them over to the websiet first before even makeing that firsyt contect whcih will be more effective. 

@Wendy Black well I can help in both ways if you need it done for you or if you need a walk throuhg. The bad thing abotu that is that at this moment I'm working on a tutorisl shwoiung real esatet people how to build thier own website that they own 100%.

I'm still working on the giuide which will show you how to buy the domain, seo, email marekting to gettign leads.

I know peopel don't wnatt ospedn hundreads if not thousdands of dollars on this, so this is why I took the pleasrue of priving this content for free. Hopfully I can have this content ready for view late next week. 

@Chris Bounds personally I will stcik wiht the PPC and SEO which is what I love anyways. The reason for this you can targte the right people in a easier manner even though it will take longer wiht SEO. The print is ok, but its not the rouet I will go wiht my budget. I will ony do it for bradning thats all.
