Creating a Website
My partner/hubby and I have rentals that we've self-funded or for which we've put down substantial downpayments for mortgages. Now it's necessary to switch gears and find deals requiring little, if any, money of our own: seller finance and subject-to deals.
We think it's the appropriate time to design a website, but since we're targeting those two areas, we're unsure how to design it.
Any advice?
Thank you.
