thanks for the advise. I keep hearing go get my real estate license. So I will definitely look into that. Never heard anyone else say go get your inspection license, but that does sound like a very good idea.

Anyone familiar with wholesaling in the orlando market. I will be going to a local rei meeting to do some networking as well. Just looking to start out. Also what are some good books to read on wholesaling.

I'm  really  interested in starting  out in real estate investing. I've  been listening  to a couple  of the podcast, and started  reading the ultimate beginners guide. I have absolutely no cash. The 2 niches that sound interesting to me are buy and hold and flipping.  For a beginner what would be the best recommendation to get started. And what are  some pointers to getting  an investor. I always  hear they is no right or wrong way. I'm just need  some guidance.
