I'm thinking of getting into Airbnb's in Michigan. What are good areas to look at for a vacation rental investment

Happy to see this post as well. I'm also looking to invest in Grand rapids as my first investment property. I live in Orlando but my wife is from Michigan. We're looking at coming up in June to start scouting the area and hoping to get our first deal by August - October time frame. Would love to connect or get recommendations on good PMs what are the best areas to invest with 20k etc.

Looking for some advise on doing my first wholesale deal.

I've come across a house where the owner is deceased. 

The house is going to be selling for 300k 

Houses in that area selling for 325k -350k

House is out dated and there is signs of termite damage. 

I'm guessing repair value could be anywhere from 50k - 100k 

what would be the best way to structure this on a wholesale deal.
