Getting into real estate
I'm really interested in starting out in real estate investing. I've been listening to a couple of the podcast, and started reading the ultimate beginners guide. I have absolutely no cash. The 2 niches that sound interesting to me are buy and hold and flipping. For a beginner what would be the best recommendation to get started. And what are some pointers to getting an investor. I always hear they is no right or wrong way. I'm just need some guidance.
Thanks
