Is there a Bigger Pockets Fresno Meeting? I started a small group we meet once a month with a couple friends of mine who are interested in investing in real estate in the next 1-2 years. We share ideas and build relationships. My long term goal is to create a Central Valley Investment Club and I really think Bigger Pockets is the best tool to use to do it.

I am currently working on saving for my first home and soon after will be ready to invest God Willing. In the meantime I want to grow my network with local investors to learn the tricks of the trade and maybe get to be part of a flip or income property investment.

Can any1 tell me why the report says 0 bedrooms 0 baths?

So I am a new member and very excited to be here. I have a little issue I am trying to fix. When running my rental property reports the results show "0 bedrooms and 0 bath"? I am really bothered by this and cant figure out how to fix it.
