Newbie here who was introduced to the site via the podcast, what a great resource that is. I am looking to learn what I can about the market and hopefully get my feet wet. My interim goal is to understand this monstrosity with research, knowledge from others and hopefully from a bit of first hand knowledge by helping demo or prep houses.

Either way I am looking forward to learning as much as I can here and hopefully networking with local people to better understand my neighborhood. Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
