@Marky Suazo I concentrate more on turnkey personally but have connections for the BRRRR model if interested in the Memphis market. As far as multifamily, we do this primarily in the Little Rock market and not so much in the Memphis area.

@Marky Suazo How is the turnkey home going in Memphis for you? I have been investing in Memphis and Little Rock for years and if you need any help in these markets let me know. Also, if you are wanting to do the BRRRR method in Memphis @Jack Inman is a great resource and has lots of experience in the Memphis area.

@Narmon West I use Asher Murray as well for everything.  Does great work and his reports are very easy to read and navigate.  Provides very detailed pictures as well.

@Jeff Bethke LR is very similar to Memphis market.  It is a landlord friendly state, large applicant pool to rent homes fast and shorter tenant turnover, and has some of the cheapest property taxes in the country.  I think it is like anything that I mentioned before.  Make sure you partner with someone who knows the area.

@Thomas Grove I think with Memphis you almost need to break it down by neighborhood and even blocks instead of just a zip code.  The unique thing about Memphis is almost every zip code can provide you with the returns you are desiring and good tenant stability.  I think partnering with a company that knows the local market is vital in putting you in a good situation to succeed.  I have been investing in Memphis for years and from here so let me know if I can help out in any way.

@Montgomery St. Hilaire When it comes to turnkey, I think you want to find a company that has been around and is locally owned and operated in that market.  I also think having property management in house is also key especially if you are out of state.  I have invested in Memphis and Little Rock for years so let me know if I can help out any with either of these two markets.

@Jasmein Span I have been investing in Memphis for a while.  I would start by reading different posts on BP and even google searches.  Turnkey companies may be a good way to start if you are new to investing and looking in a different city.  Having a good team in place is crucial.  Let me know if you are interested in Memphis.

@Jason Appel I have invested in Memphis and have experience in Little Rock as well.  Let me know if you are interested in these markets.  I think if you invest further away from where you live or if you don't know a lot about the particular market, it is good to visit if possible and make sure you are partnering with a team that is established and has in house management.
