@Sarah Gilmore I have invested in Memphis and Little Rock, AR for a few years.  Both markets are great and plenty of opportunities.  I think having a good team in place and a company to stand by what the are selling are very crucial especially being out of state.  Also, I think having property management in house is also important.  Let me know if you have any questions and good luck in your search!
