Hello BP community. I am starting to look for properties to wholesale. Last week I went door knocking just to get my feet wet and it was an interesting experience. I am a beginner however, I have plenty of resources to back up my property analysis and I have received a lot of useful information by a successful wholesaler. So, I am reaching out to any investor in the west Phoenix area that is willing to work with me. If you are interested please contact me on BP. Thanks to the great community of BP.

@Lou Bautista Welcome to the great community of BP. It is a great place to get a lot of knowledge and help from. I am also a new to REI and trying to purchase my first fix n flipp property soon. Another place to meet people locally is at the AZRIA and at the PHX real estate club. I know it might be tough for you since you are a truck driver, specially if you are OTR driver. But its something to keep in mind until you are retired. Well, if I can be a helpful hand with what I know reach out and message me.

@J Scott Hello, I have read both books on Flipping Houses and Estimating Rehab Costs. They are great books. I am a beginner in RE and I learned a lot of useful information that I am putting to practice already. I recommend to any person thinking of starting to invest in real estate to purchase these books. It is money well spent.  Thank you

@Jonathan Towell thank you very much for the great information. You are correct when you said "There many ways to skin a cat". I am trying to figure out ways to structure my first investment. Its seems difficult because I do not have any experience in REI, but not giving up so easy. Like I said I am going to speak to a LO so hopefully this will open up more opportunities to structure my first deal. Thank you for all the help.

Hello BP community. Here again to ask another question. I was wondering if it would be a good idea to finance my first fix n flip with a conventional loan.I am not sure if I will be legally able to go this route if there is a time restriction on holding the property .I am going to speak to a LO this week end. I just thought I would ask the community first for some ideas. Thank you everyone and good luck in REI.
