Hello, I'm Susan and will be a Fix and Flip investor in the Mesa area in the next few months.  I'm also a real estate agent.  I've worked with residential clients as well as investors. I've been doing a ton of ground work for quite a while now, and while I'm nervous feel prepared for my first, small, flip.   I have already picked up several good tips from BP, so thank-you!
